Terms & Conditions

1. To secure your seat, 25% payment in cash should be made in advance upon receiving trip participation confirmation, 75 % to be paid 3 weeks prior trip date. 2. Trip participation confirmation to be received 1 week from the interview date. 3. Upon confirmation of this reservation, the cancellation policy will be effective immediately. 4. You can suggest places to visit but we are not obliged to added. 5. You are kindly requested to stick to tour and flights timing in the trip. Otherwise, we are not responsible for the delay. 6. Kindly read the itinerary trip guide provided by HQ_Gateway, as it has daily scheduled activities. 7. For your convenient, please note that HQ_Gateway members are the focal to contact the guides and drivers concerning any special request not related to the tour. 8. Each two travelers from same gender will be accommodated in one bedroom. If single bedroom is requested; it shall be provided upon availability and the traveler to cover extra expenses. 9. In case of last-minute change in the itinerary activities due to any reason, HQ_Gateway will update with the replacement activity. 10. In case of last-minute change in the itinerary accommodation due to any reason, HQ_Gateway will be responsible to provide similar hotel rating and service.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelation 7 days or less prior departure date is 100% non-refundable (accommodation, activities, transportation, guide fees) 2. A traveler may cancel their booking by notifying HQ_Gateway, where applicable. The applicable cancellation fees shall be determined with reference to the date on which the request to cancel is received by HQ_Gateway and are expressed hereinafter as a percentage of the total price paid for the cancelled trip. a. Cancellation received after first payment date , 80% of the first deposit shall be refunded by HQ_Gateway to the traveler in accordance with the terms here of, the remainder of the 20% payments made by the Client to HQ_Gateway in respect of the cancelled trip shall be held by HQ Gateway. b. Cancellation received after second payment date, 60% of the first deposit shall be refunded by HQ_Gateway to the traveler in accordance with the terms here of, the remainder of the 20% payments made by the Client to HQ_Gateway in respect of the cancelled trip shall be held by HQ_Gateway.

Our Responsibilities

1. HQ_Gateway will provide transportation, accommodation, and activities as described in the trip itinerary. 2. HQ_Gateway will do our best to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable trip. 3. HQ_Gateway is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the trip. 4. HQ_Gateway is not responsible for flight change schedule time resulting in missed flight connection. 5. HQ_Gateway is not responsible for lost packages 6. HQ_Gateway is not responsible for any incident might occurs during any adventure activities during the trip.

Responsibilities of the traveler

1. It is your responsibility to obtain a valid passport and visa, and to comply with all local laws and customs. 2. You must be in good health and able to participate in all the activities on the trip itinerary. 3. The traveler is responsible for their well health being during the trip and shall have their critical medication with them all time. 4. You must have adequate travel insurance.
